the father, the son, the louis vuitton


Italian artist Francesco De Molfetta has created this installation of a Virgin Mary bedecked in LV logos. The piece, currently on display at the Isola del Gran Sasso in Abruzzo, is supposed to represent “A society based on the cult of appearance through the use of a brand that represents the search for ephemeral happiness.”
