Strip away the bells and whistles; Swedish bike maker SSON designed the 028 with simplicity in mind. Composed from sturdy CroMo steel 4130 with all conjoining segment hand welded, the 028 marks a return to the original intent of what bikes are – a mode of transportation, while still retain much of functionality needed in an urban setting. Equipped with a 41cm shorten handlebar (NYC style) to fit thorough traffic along with vintage studded seat. SSON also put in a convertible rear hub for either a fixed gear ride or a smooth single speed preference. The SSON 028 Bike comes with a carrying case and is now available at Stockholm’s Caliroot’s C-Store.
